PAYMENT

• I accept payments by PayPal and Credit Cards.

• Please Double check your shipping address on PayPal.

• If you need to ship to an address different from PayPal registered address, please notify [email protected] as soon as your order is placed.

SCULPTURES SHIPPING 

• The sculptures are shipped inside a custom wood crate via UPS.

• All items sold in my store ship from Spain.

• Shipping fees depend on the country of destination. The cost will be calculated when you enter your address.

• It normally takes about 5-10 days for international shipping to arrive to your door.

FINE ART PRINTS SHIPPING

 SHIPPING COST

• Spain: €6

• Europe: €10.50 

• Rest of World: €14

• All items sold in my store ship from Spain.

• The fine art prints are shipped via Spain Postal Service unless otherwise specified or requested.

• If you prefer UPS, please contact [email protected]

• I usually ship once a week.

• During sale and holiday seasons, I sometimes ship twice a week depending on number of orders I receive.

• It normally takes about 7-10 days for international shipping to arrive to your door.

• However, international shipping time change dramatically depending on the situation at customs, your country’s postal service, as well as time of the year.

• Fine art prints are shipped flat, securely with protective plastic sleeve and cardboard backing, in a sturdy envelope.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• All the sales are final.

• However, if your package has arrived damaged, or has gone missing completely, please contact [email protected] so I can send you replacements.
